WHAT THE HECK!
It seems like that there are always to stories of the little guy getting the shaft from the big company.
Well here is another one of those stories.
The Goliath: Multi-million Dollar Corporation Teletrac Navman
The David: The Small Business Safety Track
On Friday, April 10th, 2020, amid the Covid 19 virus outbreak, they get a termination of partnership letter. (See bottom) During a Pandemic. Yes indeed. The big guy wanting to keep profits up, kicks the small business owner to get the monthly commission check. Gotta love it. Can't make this stuff up.
Somewhere in downtown Chicago, there was a Teletrac Navman bean counter that said, "our investor need to see profits, so let's kick some of our smaller re-seller to the curb and take their commission check. It will provide a healthier bottom line for us"
Now Safety Track had been with Teletrac Navman for at least 10 years..... Imagine that partnership. Or at least that what one side thought.
It seems that these big corporate companies are just concerned about the bottom line and not people.
I have heard from other's that this is the case. Take your money and not provide the follow service and support.
Maybe the big guys need to know that they can get away with this type of behavior, especially now when service is critical to the success of small businesses.
